Application log a lot of event error on MSExchangeTransport

Last weekend I upgrade my exchange 2000 to 2003. Everything seem fine, user
can send and receive e-mail. But Application log under event viewer I saw the
below error. Can anyone tell me what is the mean? Thanks.
I notice the users listed are those without mailbox. Just need confirmation.
