Does anyone now where to find info about the trace files generated by AL ?
Also is there any info about this line:
" - Client Session 552 Disconnected"
Your first is that a client has lost or closed the connection to AL, by itself or caused by a network problem or software error in the client.
Outstanding Requests Limit Exceeded, this is because AL ca not handle more than one request. IE if you press retrive twice and the first has not returnd yet the second will get this result. Therefor the client should allways wait for the result of a request before it allows to send a new.
Invalid CSTA Call Identifier, this is that the uniqe call id is not availible any more. Could be if you hangup a call that already cleared.
Generic, this could be alot of thing and the best is too follow the call id and see what is going on previous to get a clue why it fails. Could be that you try to set a call on hold thats already on hold.....
When you but it you should get two PDF files. Application programers guide and system managers guide this two tells some of it other comes from years of experience .
Check with the guys that installed it and ask for this files.
