Application Link 7.0 SP2 failed license auto connect ELM

Hello,
I installed ELM 2.1.4 + Application Link 7.0 SP2 on windows 2003 enterprise server + active directory + IFOR (for CCM4.0 license).
If you reboot the server, AL7 does not automatically connect to the service ELM. In ELM License Used view "Stand alone ApplicazionLink 7.0 SW Key 1 User" Reserved = 0;

WHY ?????

I have to connect it to restart the service AL7! Strange!

What can be?

I did, but it does not work.
All services are started correctly, but does not connect automatically AL7 to ELM.

In ELM view < no session available >

HELP!!!!
