Anybody know where we get this thing? I've searched the Nortel website and can find nothing.

Is it embedded in the new Element Manager or something like that? Have a customer who can't download the required cartridge after upgrading EM.

The Application Launcher is an embedded java app on a BCM 5.0 internal web page. It is not a stand-alone app.
