I have an issue with Application Launcher causing errors on Windoes startup. When the user logs into the network and the NAL starts to refresh to obtain the user assigned apps, an error appears on the PC to say that Application Explorer has caused errors and will close.
We have tried deleting the NALCACHE directory and this will fix the problem on some machines for a day, but when the user logs in the next day we get the same error.
Can anyone help?
