Application Launcher disppeared!

Please can someone tell me where to find the file eyipfnygoolla.exe - as this has disappeared from my computer and now i cannot start any applications such as the internet, picture viewers or games without it. Please send a reply here or to my hotmail address at Jonnyrose5@hotmail.com - i would be very grateful. Please note this happened during an install of McAffee's Virus scan, which i am now returning.

Well, I scanned both of my computers and I don't have this file at all. Anywhere. And they both work fine too.

Does a 'blue screen of death' appear asking for it? Is it something to do with a graphics card? Where was it held before you 'lost' it?

A little more info would help us out here...
