Application Issue

I keep receiving the following error message when another user on my desktop tries to add websites to their "Favorites" folder.
"c:\Documents and Settings\(user's name)\desktop is not accessible"
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
I have this user's account set up as limited.
I also have another person on my same computer, whose account is set up as limited too, but they are able to save websites to their favorites folder.

If the error message says that I guess the favorites are tring to save on the desktop, which I guess you dont want ! If you dont have a favorites folder already , Try making a new folder in the "my documents" folder, name is "favorites"
Then go into Internet explorer or whatever your browser is and configure it to use that folder you just created for saving/keeping the favourites.
