Application icon

Hi All,

I wish to change my application icon. I can usually do this through Project -> Options -> application tab. Unfortunately this is sometimes greyed out and cannot be used. How can I make it functional ?

I do believe that it's possible to edit files in a project and compile them (i.e. C++ or C files), this will however not be a project to BCB and thus the project tab should be inactive but by making a new project and using those files you should have enabled the project tab and thus the icon-thing.

This is off the top of my head so bear with me if i'm totally off the rocker.
