virtualapp
IS-IT--Management
An application (developed with Powerbuilder + Oracle DB) when is launched as published app. from a Thin Client, starts normally, but after the internal authentication, an error occurred: OUT OF MEMORY .
If I launch a desktop and then the application all works correctly.
If I publish in CMC the application with syntax
c:\windows\explorer.exe C:\appdir\app.exe
when I launch it, the system prompt for RUN - SAVE or CANCEL the app.exe file. If I click on RUN the application start and work correctly.
This error only happens on the thin clients! On PC with PN Full or PN Agent it does not happen. I have tried 3 types of Thin Clients (Wyse, Chippc, Praim) with different version of ica client (6.0, 7.0, 8.0)
Why this application must be launch from explorer.exe?
Exists a way in order to not make to the user the question RUN,SAVE,CANCEL?
Configuration: Windows 2000 Server SP4 + PS 4.0
Thanks
