Application has encountered a problem and needs to close

I made a simple application in Delphi 7 using the Crystal component CRPE 10. Development OS is Windows XP Home, with Crystal 9 & Sybase 8.

When I distribute using Wise Installer for Windows, it works fine in Windwows 2000 but not in Windows XP. My target OS is Windows XP Pro. I got this error in XP:

"<application> has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece."

This appears while I'm trying to open my application, not yet even printing my report.

Please help..

I already got what's lacking -- BDE. I forgot that when distributing Delphi app, you've got to install also DBE in the user's PC.
