Application Hang Error

In the event viewer:
Hanging Application OUTLOOK.EXE version 11.0.8000.0 hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

The PC hangs up and is frozen. Must reboot to free up.

Event ID: 1002 Using Window XP with OFFICE 2003.

Not sure whether or not you're still having this problem, but if you put the following in your search engine:
"Hanging Application OUTLOOK.EXE version" "hang module hungapp"
you should come up with a number of suggestions, perhaps not specific to your version directly, but they may have some useful information for you.
