Application gateway

I have IP 2007 phones connected to application gateway 2000. After I run the application gateway, I find that when call receive to the phone which running slide show, you hear the ringing put the call didn't interrupt the slide show and you can't see whom the caller is until you answer the call. Can I do anything that when the call receive the phone it will interrupt the slide show and show the interface of the phone before I lift the hand set.
