Application Gateway 2246

Hello There

I want to integrate with hotsos app using tcp/ip not serial cable, and now I want to configure the application gateway 2246
I have NN43001-504, 07.01 PDF. but a bit confused.
all I know is I have to registered all the 6140 phone in telephone line configuration menu

where do i input the hotsos IP server?
do I need to modify the feature programming in 2246 related to hotsos app?
what do I do on pbx beside create the extension?

the wlan phone, 6140, is working great (voice and ptt)

I use a 2246 but as far as I know it doesn't connect to other apps, it let's them connect to it. We have a 3rd party app server that connects to the 2246 OAI and pushes messages to our 6120s.

You do need to configure your 6140s to use oak in the admin menu on boot up and you need to configure a dhcp option (166 I think) with the IP of your 2246.

I'm sure that doesn't solve your issue but hope it gives you some direction.

I already enable the OAI in 6140 and also have option 152 to insert 2246 IP.
i wonder do i have to configure this menu ?

I believe that menu configures how the phones access the oai app. Based on what you posted you would press fcn and then 8 on the phone. It sounds like the remaining config needs to happen on your hotsos asp which I am unfamiliar with.
