Application Focus problem

Hi All,
I have an application that when the user clicks on the icon to start the app, the application starts up but goes to the taskbar, not actually launching, and you have to double-click on it to open up and gain focus.

I was curious if any of you had experienced something similar to this...

Which Application are u referring to? Is it a PB application?
