Application Firewall Recomendations

We are looking to replace our Symantec firewall application firewall. Can anyone recommend any good application firewalls on the market ?

We already use checkpoint and ISA server.

Any pros and cons ISA v Cisco ASA or any other ?

I suggest a hardware firewall from Watchguard. You didn't mention how large your organization is, but we loved Watchguard. Sonicwall is good too though!
