application error on startup

when the DC of my domain starts up it gets though prepareing network connections then this error appears:

msdtc.exe - application error

the instruction at "0x77fcb3f7" refrenced at "0x0000274d", the memory could not be "written".

click on ok to terminate the program.

the only changes i have made is a have installed mcafee firewall, any ideas on how to sort this?

McAfee Firewall is an enemy of a lot of Microsoft application, included servers. I can just say you to install Zone Alarm Integrity or ISA Server.
