Application error (event ID:4097) on Microfocus cobol app

I have been getting a run-time error in my MicroFocus application. This has happened a couple of times in the last 2 weeks.

The error (event id:4097) appears in the application "event log" of the machine. The text of the error is:
"The application, J:\COBOL32\EXEDLL\run.exe,
generated an application error The error occurred
on 10/26/2006 @ 22:08:03.702 The exception generated
was c0000096 at address 00330004 (<nosymbols>".

I am running Microfocus 4.0.38 on a WIN2003 R2, service pack 1 server.

Has anyone else experienced a similiar problem?
