Application Distribution

I am looking for an application that will allow me to package up software application and distribute out over the network and allow the users to install the programs themselves. They will not have to enter in the serial number of hit next and finish. All this will be done before the software is ready for distribution. I believe Novell has similar to this.

SMS is extremely expensive, requires a seperate infrastructure to run on and also requires a high degree of training. It is not for everyone.
