application deployment

Hi There,

I have developed several apps using BCB C++ v 5.0 on win 98.
I am having problems deploying these apps on win 2000 / xp
and get the error "procedure entry point SMapLS could not be located in kernel32.dll". I have built the apps using the default dynamic linking and have packaged each app with its own installer and all the required dlls.

What can I do ??

have u tried making your application stand alone?
in other words, don't use the dll's, add it to the project checking in the options menu
