Application Deployment

Other than Microsoft SMS - what does everyone use for application deployment and remote access to their desktops?

I use Macro Media Admin Studio. I find it works very well but found it frustrating at first.

On command CCM was the best app deployment tool i've used, Altiris is also very good. They're now both part of Symantec who discontinued ccm, and we no longer use altiris so cant really comment on its current incarnation.

Dameware or realVNC are both good for remote desktops.
