Am I correct in saying that this report is equivalent to a script? How do you access the script and change it to display the CLID of each abandoned call?

application delay before abandon report

This question has been asked two other times in the first 10 posts. Do a search and read up - this is not easily accomplished with just Symposium. You'll need to invest time, and third party software to get this capability.
