Application closes unexpectedly

Hi,

A few of my users are experiencing this odd behavior where in a certain application, (like eTimesheet or Qube), when they reach a certain point the program closes out unexpectedly. It seems to be mostly when they save something. It is a published app and as soon as they hit save, the window just closes. But if I log them in to RDP mode and do the same thing, it works fine. Has anyone seen this? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello drayman,

Test the application locally on the Server, re-check the user’s permissions, and test access to the application locally on the Citrix server. So launch the app over Citrix on the relevant server. If more than one server is hosting this app then check event viewer to find the problem server. Finally if all else fails delete the published app from CMC and re-publish it.
