hello tek's im cutting over mm12 to callpilot but onlyone problem in application builder menu's when press 0 it's not going to the operator. say your call can not be completed at this time pls try again later. help pls thanks.

In the Main Menu make sure that the 0 (Attendant) option is linked to the Attendant Call Transfer at the bottom of the App. Then open up the Attendant Call Transfer and make sure that is transferring where you want it to go
