Customer has a 201i CallPilot on RLS 5. They need to update a specific application (1014). They dial the voice item maintenance number, input 1014 plus the password then receive the announcement "That application is currently being updated". They launched App Builder, go to File-locks and it does not show anyone having the application locked. All of their other applications can be accessed without issue and just the one they need to update is locked. The system was rebooted 10 days ago. It is unknown if this condition existing prior to the reboot. They did reboot because CP Manager and App Builder were extremely slow to respond.
It is a large application and rebuilding it will take several hours so I am hoping to find a solution. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions?
