I am being told by our maintence vendor that Application builder software for the Call Pilot system should not be place on the Call Pilot server as it can cause problems and is not a recomended configuration by Nortel. Is this true and if so where should you put the Application builder?

Thanks for any info on this topic.

app builder is install on your pc or on a standalone web server where callpilot manager is installed - never put appbuilder on the actual cp server itself

It's true- it seems nortel aps don't get along on the same box.
