Hello,

I am using Call Pilot Version 4.04 and this is the first time I have tried using the Password Check box.

I added the password check Block and was able to record my prompt. When I dial the extenstion number that is tied to this application, I hear my recorded prompt but when I entered the password I set up, a recording tells me that the password is incorrect. I have tried several different passwords however for some reason it is not accepting them. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Here is what my Password Block looks like:

Password 1 - Goes to my Call Transfer block
Cancel - Attendent
No Response - Attendent
Max Invalid - Attendent
Max Invalid/Session - Attendent
Rotary - Rotary

In the properties of the Password block I have Password 1 checked only and a password as been assigned.

I have tried several Password Prompt configurations as well. (Default system prompt, none and I have created my own)

I hope this is enough information; I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thank you

R

Under file. there is a properties section and in that there is a securities section. Set telset password there.

Thank you however it is not the Teleset password. I am able to access that and update the promt. It is the password for the "Password Check Block" that I added to the application that is giving me the problem.

Under the properties of that block you can set the password but when I dial the CDN number and type in the password, it says that it is incorrect.

Regards,

R
