We have a CS1000 rls 4.0 with a Call Pilot 4.0 and we can connect to the CP Manager but cannot connect to the Application Builder. The message we get is "Login Failed. Please check log file and try again" Any help will be appreciated
You may need to uninstall the software and reinstall it. At the login screen, you enter your user ID, Password, and select your system. Yes? You might try to Add System, again. Did your path to the CallPilot Manager change (i.e. the IP address, etc.)?

Things like this can also happen if you have upgraded to the latest SU for the CP, but not the App Builder. Also, do not log into AP from the Call Manager software. You should have a separate program icon for AB.
