Application Builder Error

IN Application Builder whenever I use a menu to give options, if none are selected I get a message saying "Transferring to an Attendant", then I get transferred to an attendant.
The IVR works if I select 1/2/3/4/etc. then it works fine.
I've set the "No Option retries" to 3 with the msg but still the ivr plays the attendant message and transfers to the attendant?

Update - Found why it transfers to Attendant, it seems to select the Rotary Dial option if nothing is selected?
Any ideas why it would to this?

Update - Rotary dial selected after a timer elapses - any ideas where this timer is set?

Yes the rotary dialer times out before the other timer; I usually just set my rotary dialer option to be the same as the "no response" option.

Isn't this the same timer "command input" timer?
