We just changed Callpilot to a new network and can't connect to Application Builder from Desktops. Can connect with crossover cable straight connect.
Documentation states these ports need to be open. I have been asked by the network administrator which direction these ports are used inbound or outbound. I can't find any reference. Anybody got any ideas?

TCP port 20 (FTP)
TCP port 21 (FTP)
TCP port 135 (DCOM)
UDP port 135 (DCOM)
UDP port 137 (DCOM)
TCP port 143 (IMAP)
TCP port 389 (LDAP)
TCP port 636 (LDAP)
TCP port 993 (IMAP)
TCP ports 1024 to 65535 (DCOM)
UDP ports 1024 to 65535 (DCOM)

I'm not sure what you are suggesting. Application builder can not be on the CallPilot server.

When using application builder you must be able to ping the server by name even though you use the IP address to log in. Try editing your host file with the server name and ip address.
