Applets not Loaded error

Hello there;

we're using MS ISA server in cahing mode.. when i'm trying to access a website that has a moving ticker the following error msg appeared " applets no loaded " and a box appeared to enter the credentials ( if i enetered them. nothimg happen )

any comments?
