Applets failed to load

"Student tracking is disabled because the applet failed to load. You may run the assesment but your results will not be sent to LearningSpace"
This message appears when trying to launch(to preview or to test) an assesment;
Anyone who has(had) the same problem please tell me what should i do in order to launch the applets in the right way.

i have seen this message before, but when it happened to us, the session had timed out. that was because we had set the session timeout to be to short in the LMS, and the students were taking too long to take the test. our error happened when they tried to submit their tests to be scored...
