apple mac IE browser and java script

i have an apple laptop and I'm trying to view a web page but part of the webpage doesn't show. that part i believe is written in java script. are there any known problems between apple mac IE browser and java script?

the browser i'm using is IE5.2 for mac and OS X system

If you are running 5.2.3, there is not much that you can do. The 'known problem' is obsolesence. MSIE is a dead product for Mac. This version of IE will not be updated to resolve the JavaScript error.

Consider testing the same JavaScript page with Safari or Mozilla.
