Apple Lion creating PDF's with rendered text error, i need to know how to resolve this so I can OCR.

I need to know I resolve the issue of rendered text, in PDF's created using the Lion, so I am unable to OCR in Acrobat Pro X. Can someone tell me how to resolve this?
