I don't know, but the best way to find out is to just try it.
There are some keys on a Sun keyboard that have specific functions. You will be losing these by going to another keyboard. There may be equivalent control key sequences for them, but you'd have to research them. For example, on the Sun keyboard, there's a power switch key that turns the machine on. There's also a "Stop" key that's used for sending a break (Stop-A) to get to the OBP ok prompt.
