Our network is comprised of both PC and Apple clients (25 users (Small Business Server). Last week, our Apple clients could not receive e-mail either locally or via the Internet. They can send, but not receive. It seems to involve the Information Store. The CPU is suddenly being used at 100%, and there is a "store.exe" program that kicks in when the email breaks down. When I reboot the server, the Apple clients can then view mail already sent to them during the breakdown, but cannot receive any new mail. We use Microsoft Exchange for our e-mail system.<br>
