Appending standard statement to all Exchange emails created

Is there a way to append a standard corporate statement to the end of all emails created by Exchange users? Server is Exchange 5.5.

I used this for a while but found it a bit restrictive and have since been using Nemx Power Tools, which is a relatively cheap alternative to the likes of Mimesweeper etc.
