Appending records in XML file !

I have a feedback page with fields like Name, E-mail,
Subject and Message as well as a Submit and Reset buttons.

I would like to know how can I create an XML file to store
the information that a user submits to be listed out in
the XML file in a tree format. If another user submits his
feedback, it shall be added in the existing xml page.

This is very similar to another question on here. At least, the answer is very similar. It's easy enough to accomplish, but the "how" would depend upon what server-side scripting languages are supported on your server. A little more info would go a long way on this one.
