Appending Export to an Existing file

CR 8.5 with Oracle

Simple question.

I have a simple batch crystal report that counts the number of users logged on the database at the top of each hour during the day from 07:00 - 17:00. The one line is exported as a text file.

Is there a way to export and append the text output to an existing file?
