Append two HTML files

Does anyone have any idea whether it is possible to append two HTML files to display them as one page?

with Netscape you could use ILAYERS and with Microsoft you could use IFRAMES.
for cross-browser issues without making it too complicated you could use FRAMES and FRAMESETS. Klae{/color]

It is also possible with server-side scripting INCLUDE commands. If this is an option, I can provide details.
