Append Query

I work with a copy of the company database on my local computer, I would like to append the new records from the master database to my local database that only apply to my department and without without recoping all of the current record that I have already on my local computer.

Assuming that the data has a date, and a department, then you can use those as criteria in your append query.

Can you provide more info?
