Append PDF's to one file?

Hello All!

Is anyone aware of a product (besides Adobe Acrobat Writer) that would group PDF's into one file, (appending them to one file)?

Do you know of another product beside ADOBE that would do this?

For server-side PDF processing, I use activePDF Toolkit.

For desktop:
