append or export large query

I have a large query (1.5 mlj) with a lot of functions in added fields. These functions create additional data on the table imported data. To fixate the result it should be appended to a table or exported as a text file (afterwards I make a linked table).
However due to the large number of records and expressions it won't really succeed, or perhaps it will take a night.

Any suggestions to fixate the data of my query ?

Since you try to create a "flat file" table, maybe creating "enough" tables with some of the functions' results, to speed up performance and create a sigle select query on all tables. That's an one-to-one relationship with the main table.
