APPEARING EXTENSIONS

In SPM How do I get extension 6262 and 6245 to appear on extsion 6220's phone so she can see her bosses extension?

You would use the SHARED SYSTEM ACCESS Feature.

Program two autodial buttons (inside) for extentions 6262 and 6245 on her phone. I assume she has two blank buttons available. When the any of those extentions are in use - her autodial button will turn red. If they have a call on hold - the red button will blink. If they are not using the phone - the buttons will not have any lights lit.
