What do I need to do to show status of other extensions on a receptionists phone? She has a 24 button phone, and would like to have some of the buttons show if certain people are on the phone (like a blf).

You will need to program buttons for User and in the next field put in the user name.

It explains it quite well in the managers help file say for example you wanted to show the blf for an extension called JohnB.

On the user who has the keys goto the Digit Telephony Tab and on the key you want put
action User and
telephone number = "JohnB" Not must have"" and case sensitive.
