I have a person who uses two sets in her office on two desks. She goes back and forth between the two desks all day. When they had analog lines I was able to have appear and ring on both sets and she could place a call on hold walk to the other desk and pick up the call. Now that they are using a PRI and she has DID numbers once she picks up the call on either set it no longer appears on the other set. She is old and set in her ways other than PARK is there any other way to program the system so she can use it like she did before?
She can transfer it but she will never get to that desk in time before it goes to voice mail.
Any suggestions?
