Appear & Ring on two sets

I have a person who uses two sets in her office on two desks. She goes back and forth between the two desks all day. When they had analog lines I was able to have appear and ring on both sets and she could place a call on hold walk to the other desk and pick up the call. Now that they are using a PRI and she has DID numbers once she picks up the call on either set it no longer appears on the other set. She is old and set in her ways other than PARK is there any other way to program the system so she can use it like she did before?

She can transfer it but she will never get to that desk in time before it goes to voice mail.

Any suggestions?

you could make the target linefor her DID appear and ring on the two sets. She won't be able to use them to dial out on though. If she initiates the call, there's no way with a PRI to have the line appear anywhere on the set.

You could also use swaca keys and answer DN's but it might be a little too complicated for your user.
 
Never used that before. I have found the programing mmanual for SWCA. Thanks!
 
The SWCA is a little confusing at first but I got the hang of it. The only thing I am concerned is that she may get confused when the line indicator moves over to another button.

A Hunt Group would not solve the problem of her putting the call on hold at one desk and then picking it up at another desk. Once the call is answered she wants to be able to pick it up on the other handset like she use to when they had analog lines that were set for APPEAR & RING. DID's will ring on several sets but the line goes away once it it answered.
 
This is one of these old Badalacks that started using telephones when Alexander Graham Bell personally installed them. She would not even let me train her on how to use her voice mail service when we added it to the Nortel. As a result she ended up with like 40 old messages by the time she finally got enough complaints that she was not returning messages before she wanted to know how to log into her mailbox. If they are not interested in being trained but want to complain to the boss that the phones does not work there is nothing I can do. It is unfair when they act like that all because they resent changes that were made to the phone system which their boss authorized in the first place.
 
I labled the handset like this for two SWCA Calls and made it so when she presses hold it automatically pplaces the calls into one of the SWCA Call buttons:
