APPC connection tests

I have to test an APPC connection between Mainframe (CICS) and a SNA server sitting on a RISC 6000 system. I have the connection setup and I have the Net ID. Does any one help me with the code to send some data to the SNA server from the CICS region on the mainframe. Atleast the series of commands to do it will help a lot. Any help in this regard is most welcome.
