Apparent screen freeze prevents refresh

Hello -

Sorry for the vague description, but I'm at a bit of a loss.
My Compaq ML370 G2 server is running Win 2000 with Citrix Metaframe and Apache.
In Windows Explorer, for instance, if I click on "My Computer" on the left side, nothing appears on the right unless I drag the window and release it, then everything shows up correctly. Pressing F5 seems to do the trick as well.
The problem seems to be present in Internet Explorer as also.
The problem is present for a handful of users, but not all. Deleting my profile and signing back in didn't correct it.

This is one of the strangest things I've ever seen! Any assistance would be more than appreciated as always.

That is an odd problem indeed. I haven't encountered it myself, but have you installed SP3 for Windows 2000 and the latest patches for IE? Not sure of it will help, but they do include many fixes.
