App Version Number -1?

I have noticed is that when I look at the Advanced Workstation Associated Applications information I notice that all the apps that aren't deploying have a SA Ver value of -1. I know that this is the version number of the App, but why does it have a value of -1? and why should this mean that it won't deploy?

Any insight would be nice :eek:)
