I have a ICA user with a laptop and and a second screen that she uses when in the office. When she maximize any application the app spans both screens rather than just the screen it's open in. How do I get the app to only maximize into the current screen?

Then the ICA screen is behaving as it should. I imagine that any application on this PC, when maximized, is launched across both screens? Is this correct?

If the answer to this is yes, then you will need to change your video display adapter settings.

Do you mean change the setting of the local machine or the Citrix desktop?

The user wants the maximized window to show on just one screen.

What type of hardware video card is installed?

If this is XP.... you right-click on a blank area of the desktop and select "properties", then click "settings"... Under "Display" there's probably a drop down arrow that will let you choose different configuration settings, single monitor, dual monitor etc..

Check the maker of the video card's website and you might get good information there.

This is XP, but again do mean the display settings on the local machine or the settings in the Citrix environment?
