App isnt allowing me to transfer that call

Greetings,

I have built a new app for an external transfer. I can call the number from the site, and it works, but when I put it in the Application, the call ends. I put in my cell phone and it transfers. What might be the problem?

Are you calling the the site number in the app from site? PRI trunk to trunk transfer might be blocked by the telco. Try putting the number in the app and cAlling from from your cell.
